This is an honest to goodness, fully functional flying aircraft cockpit, the new Citation Sovereign.
The future is here, and it's beautiful

Do these aircraft have any analog backups any more, such as an artificial horizon or compass? I know there are many redundancies built in, but you never know, the worst could happen.

the future of the commercial and bizjet markets are all going to be touchscreens. I'm sure a SIRI style of voice command will evolve in about 10 years time.

See the square above the MFD? That's a backup display, when it's on it looks very similar to the PFD display
In addition, I'm fairly certain that in the event of a PFD failure you can have the MFD display the PFD instead. I know that's the case on the G1000, I'm not 100% certain it carries over to the G5000.

Touchscreen, yes, voice command seems like a stretch though. Maybe if voice recognition gets much better, but with accents and everything it sounds a bit risky/difficult.
I really like Rockwell Collin's ProLine Fusion method of touchscreen. I'm not a pilot, so my opinion may not be valid, but it seems pretty neat.

I saw that square in the photo you posted, and suspected that was the case. I'm all for high tech, but the drive away from analog gauges and flight manuals seems a bit risky to me. But I'm old.

There's backups for backups. The only way it all fails would be some sort of emf blast, and in that scenario your boned anyway

Touchscreen in turbulence seems difficult at best to me. Plus the lack of steam gauges for backup would make me nervous IFR.
